Field Station Programs

Field Station Programs (FSP) are an international resource for environmental research and education. We support field-based education and research at four reserves in Southern California.

Our mission is to support teaching, research and education on the ecosystems of Southern California by collecting, sharing and understanding environmental data. In keeping with this goal, the stations are managed for the long-term preservation of native fauna and flora.

We recruit faculty, researchers, students, and community members to collaborate with us and become FSP users so that we can make lasting contributions to understanding and sustaining natural systems and process and applying this information to regional issues.
