Jordan Dale Covin Memorial Lecture

Jordan Dale Covin earned his Masters degree in 1984 working at the Tijuana Estuary, which is one of four SDSU Field Stations. He tragically succumbed to Hodgkin's disease during his field studies. It was terribly important to him to complete his studies and to contribute to the legacy of research that helps us better understand our planet. His enthusiasm about communication in the sciences and his dedication to the study of the environment lives on in this memorial lecture series.
