Online Applications for Field Stations (OAFS)
|
Welcome to OAFS at San Diego State Field Stations Program! San Diego State Field Stations Program is a network of four natural laboratories:
Please use OAFS to submit an application online to visit or conduct research at our reserves. You can use OAFS to review and manage your visits, and obtain documentation of your visits. OAFS enables Field Stations Program to better serve visitors by helping us schedule and manage visits more efficiently, and more completely document activities at the reserves. Using OAFS is easy: create an application, fill it out completely, then submit it. Unfinished applications can be saved for later. A reserve manager will review your application, and if appropriate it will be approved and you will be notified. You must choose among 3 types of applications: Research, Higher Education, and Community & K-12 Education Visitor Information contains practical information about visiting the reserves. All uses of the reserves are governed by Reserve Use Regulations and subject to Reserve Use Fees. By conducting research at our reserves you participate in a regional, national and global scientific community. Data collected on our reserves are subject to our Data Policy. All research projects, as well as some qualifying education and community use of the reserves, are recorded in the Project Registry, a metadata catalog of research projects in Southern California. Thank you for using OAFS! |
