Interpretive Art

The Palomares Wildlife Sculpture Garden and Horticultural Park (1815 Stagecoach Lane at Calavo Road, Fallbrook) has recently unveiled and dedicated the Family Gathering, a bronze sculpture by William Ware of Palm Desert, California. Dr. Claudia Luke of SDSU's Santa Margarita Ecological Reserve presented a review of the 'neighborhood' status of the California Quail, Calliepa californica.

This latest addition to the Palomares Sculpture Garden is a collaborative effort between the Art in Public Places division of the Fallbrook Village Association, the Fallbrook Land Conservancy, and SDSU's Santa Margarita Ecological Reserve.

To learn more about Family Gathering, refer to the North County Times article regarding the sculpture.

The Non-profit Art in Public Places Division of the Fallbrook Village Association, is now accepting donations to fund future sculpture, their installation and maintenance; for tax-deductible donation information, call 760-723-8384.
