Scholarships & Student Support

The SDSU Field Stations Program offer three scholarships for exemplary graduate students.

• The Graduate Student Research Award recipients conduct research at one of the four FSP sites.
• The Jordan Dale Covin Memorial Scholars present research results at recognized academic conferences.
• The Sussman Environmental interns receive support for working with a host agency to help solve existing environmental problems.

Graduate Student Research Award
→ 1 award: $2,500/year

Jordan Dale Covin Memorial Travel Scholarship
→ 3 to 4 awards. Varies: $500 - $2,500 / year

Edna Bailey Sussman Foundation Graduate Internships
→ 4 awards: up to $4000 / year
