- Take I-5 freeway south.
- Exit on Coronado Avenue in Imperial Beach (not the Coronado Bridge).
- From the freeyway exit ramp, turn RIGHT (west) onto Coronado Avenue.
- At 1.2 miles, Coronado Avenue becomes Imperial Beach Blvd.
- At 2.4 miles (from the freeyway) turn LEFT onto 4th St.
- Turn RIGHT onto Caspian Way.
- The Visitors Center is on your LEFT.
Travel time: Approximately 30 minutes from the SDSU campus to the Visitor Center.
